As per my order no. BST27759, Smart watch dispatched through bluedart no. 59596739322, received on 7/02/19 the entirely different model from the actually ordered one & broken glass. I want to return it as per their procedure and refund of amount Rs. 1749/- E mail already sent but no response & no customer care no.
