Text of Complaint by Tariq Yousuf Mir:

I am Tariq Yousuf Mir, I Ordered online Ninja Smartwach on 23rd Dec, 2021 from Myntra. Initially for a week, the watch worked perfectly but after that it gets hanged and most of the features stop working. I on 10th January, 2022 forwarded a complaint on infocare@boltt.com and they advised me to forward the images and video of the product. The same were forwarded to them and i received a ticket No.36330. On 14th January, i was informed that the defective unit shall be picked up within four to five days and a replacement will be made accordingly. But till date i.e. 29th January no one has turned up, neither they reply to my mails nor they answer on their customer care number. Kindly help.
