I was sold a smartwatch and then they told me I had also signed up for Ear Pods and a subscription, WHICH I DID NOT DO! I disputed the charges and the bank closed that credit card account. There was no information to return products and the number on my old credit card statement leads to a voice mail that never returns calls.
I don’t see any emails from them or any communication, other than harassing phone calls..
Can they put a mark on my credit for scamming me and not allowing me to cancel this? They’ve called me a few times. HELP!
