Subject- Regarding franchisor fraud of M/s Smartsun Energy, Noida
Respected Sir,
My name is chintan makvana kantibhai from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I want to inform you regarding franchisor fraud of M/s Smartsun Energy, Noida.
I have taken Car detailing and polishing franchise from M/s Smartsun Energy, Noida based company. I saw the advertisement about company through Social media then i enquired the same about franchise, after that from company side Ritika and Kartik Agarwal called me and explained me all details through phone.
After understanding all details i decided to do business with them and paid 59500/- rs to company account through UPI also made Notary agreement with them. (Copy attached for your reference)
When we start actual working with them they given us daily orders and as a part of customer feedback they took feedback from customers directly and debited our payment (Attached one payment sheet for your reference) on brand damage cause (Same cause not mentioning anywhere in agreement nor this term told us at the time of discussion).
This feedback issue repeatedly happened and regarding this i tried to contact with concern persons in company but these person are talking very arrogantly and avoiding my phone calls. I wrote emails also but no any response received from their end. They also not giving work completed payment on time and saying we will release payment in next 2-3 days and contacted after 2-3 days no any response from their side. Now they have stopped giving orders also.
Due to this type of behavior and lack of coordination from their side I asked them to cancel the franchise agreement and refund my Rs 59500/- to me as well as payment of completed work in March-2021. But they are not releasing my payment and not responding to my call and e-mails as well.
I am requesting to you please look in to this matter urgently and in this fraud.
According to my information other peoples in entire India are going through this same Fishing/company fraud.
Requesting you to please go through Smart sun energy Facebook page in that reviews page you can see the feedback of peoples about this company fraud.
