Dear sir

I have ordered a smart phone online on websites called mytouch phone and made payment through payu and confirmed me that was successful and payment made to frankie enterprise. Now i have not recived and phone nor any mail. No body is responding and a phone no give on site says it is wrong no.

Please help me and solve my problem immediately
