Sir,

I have booked my order for redmi note 7 pro Nebulla red 6 GB RAM & 64 GB ROM on 22 may 2020 and made payment of Rs 2,999/ through Mastercard vide transaction reference PRCR/00000031539 transferred on 22 may 2020 .

It was informed that my order confirmation number MS4679.

Nof delivery of ordered product is received till date. When I tried to send my complaint to mobylstore.com on 23 may 2020 , & 30 June 2020 .My mails were returned undelivered for the reason address not found. The said company has defrauded me .

Please help me to get my product or refund my money
