Dear Sir, I am kurshid, from Hyderabad. I am writing this mail to you because I have an how Sir, which is not getting resolve by filpkart executives. I dont know whether you see this mail or not, but i hope my problem gets resolved as soon as possible.
The issue is, i purchased a mobile phone on 17th of this month (on flipkart – Realme 10 pro 5g), registered mobile #9*****1012, alternate #7*****7050. The product supposed to get delivered on 19th, but i dint get it, I understood that there might be some problem, then the date was given to be delivered is on 21st, then also i didnt get.. I requested call back from flipkart, i spoke to couple of executives, they said “you will get delivered by the next working day that is on 22nd Monday, AS THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN REACHED TO MY NEAREST HUB.”
I didnt receive till how, and no updates from any backend team and now they are saying “you need to wait untill 25th to get update on delivery.” What is this sir…Though the product has reached to my nearest hub then why it is not getting delivered.. I got first EMI bill generated from bank sir.. Please look into this issue and help me sir.
