i ordered a Vivo t2X 5G smartphone phone, delevery date is 24-07-2023, Smartphone broken by the delevery man hand during the box opening at the time of delevery and I shared the OTP before taking phone, when i denied to take the phone then he saying you already shared the OTP and items already shows deleverd so now I can’t d anything, then i complaint to costomer care number of Flipkart then he told our team contact with you till 27 July, but he not contacted them i called again then he said wait till 1st of August this time also passed but no any response coming from them, please help us to replace my phone.
