I had invested 30 lakhs in SmartOwner’s BLR-WHT-GDN project back in 2019. They had promised quaterly payouts and exit after completion of project by 2022. While they paid the quarterly payout for some quarters, since 2022 I haven’t received any payouts. The project status is unclear. The numbers they have provided for account managers are unreachable. It has been difficult to get to anyone at Smartowner. Feels like they don’t intend to launch/complete the promised project and have run away with my money.
