Hello Sir,

I had taken a loan from smartcoin financials private limited of which i couldn’t pay on time due to financial issues and i have been mailing the company to give me some time to pay the loan infact i made one emi payment last month in july but recovery agents have been threatening me and harassing me with home visits saying we are sending a full team of goons to your house please help me..I have been given mental torture i have told them about my payment plans i get my salary credited at 30th of every month and i will make the 5000 rs payment every month they have constantly been harassing me mentally with threatening calls and abusive languages screenshots attached..I have been constantly replying them trying to explain my situation but still not willing to understand which is against the law because i am always replying to calls and msgs and telling them my problem and financial issue
