I have a broad band connection from Airtel. The number is 033 40725065. I had exhausted the available data and had bought a topup through Smartbyte of 20GB at Rs 99- on 07 July 2020. While I received a message confirming that the activation has been made and that Rs 99- will be added to my further bill but in reality, my account has not been updated and my internet has stopped working. I have incurred losses due to this deficiency of service from Airtel.
Today I called their call centre a number of times but I could not speak to their customer service representative as the IVR did not give me any such option. I am now stuck. Please help.
