On 30th September 2023, i ordered two items from amazon together,(SOPL-Oliveware Test Pro lunch box and boAt Xtend plus smart Watch).
On 2nd October 2023, only SOPL-Oliveware Test Pro lunch box was delivered and smart watch is not delivered but on amazon app, it was showing that both items are delivered.
I called customer care and filed a complaint for the same issue. When i filed 1st complain, they rejected it by saying that i didn’t picked their agent call. When i filed 2nd complain they said the internal investigation is in progress and after 4 days when i reached out to them regarding update on my complaint they said that the investigation result says that i have received the smart watch but in reality it was never delivered.
I did some research on the seller of smart watch I ordered and found so many similar cases like me where the product is not delivered.
