Invoice Number) , as it was dead on arrival I filed a complaint,In return of old watch, I received new watch . But the new watch was also dead on arrival , i filed the complaint again and received Replacement approval against the ticket number-103816. but I didn’t hear from customer support so far ,please do the needful. Thank you
