I have purchased a Infinix Google UHD LED TV 43″ from Cell campus on 09.04.2025. It got delivered on same day. I booked installation of television on same day with Service request number INIB2025040900095. Next day on 10.04.2025 an old age technician came and hanged that big television on our TV panel with just 1/2 inch very thin iron strip. Even a newborn can bend it with fingers. After two days on 12.04.2025 at 3:00 AM the whole LED TV came along with piece of TV panel as it could not hold the weight of that LED TV. It fell on my entire family. From it I got a big cut on my back head. My wife’s face is still swelling. My 9-year kid get a cut on his right hand with 4 stitches on it. LED TV was broken. Very next day I approached Sales guy of CELL Campus and told him whole story. And he told me to wait for 2-3 days and said physical damage is not covered under warranty. I still asked him for the exchange of television as I should have asked him for compensation of our wounds as well. After 4 days he has given me number of Cell Campus owner and that person also have given me assurance of help but till date I have not received any help or exchange of my broken TV. Please help me with it. As my money was very hard earned money. And now I want compensation of our physical and mental harassment too. Please check the photographs of broken LED, supporting strip on which LED was hanged, our wounds.
