Hi need to make a complaint for Airtel company..

As I am prepaid customer of Airtel from past few years always I go with 499 recharge pack where I get unlimited calls and data up-to 2gb on daily basis  ..

Some i consumed my 2gb data so I needed internet on emergency basis so Airtel given options of smart recharge for 49rs where customer get 3gb data for 1 day ,so I done that recharge even received a confirmation msg but some how I was not able to use internet so I called customer service and they told you are not getting benefits due to some technical issue we are sorry we will refund that amount on your main account balance and if you want internet then do another smart recharge of 92rs where you will get 6gb data for 3 days again I got confirmation SMS that recharge is successful but still same issue cannot use internet so again called customer care and they told same thing again and said we will refund the amount at main account balance you go with another recharge of 98rs where you will get 3gb data for 28 days…

So this is really that they say to recharge some pack again not working and again different recharge but still not working and also they don’t refund the money on the same mode where we made payment they give us refund on Airtel number which is not my benefi as I do 3months recharge pack at a time ..

So one is able to solve this problem and that’s really annoying..

And this issue is going on from past 2 months

So please a look in this matter. .
