My name is kanhaiya kumar from Bihar
My Aadhar card no 554719828508 and pan card no EOYPK9405R
My account no 0325001500004749
Bank name – Punjab national bank
Ifsc code – PUNB0032500
I applied for an instant loan in a smart credit app because I need of urgent money for my problem
I installed smart credit app form play store and allowed all permission in this app and they asked for pan, aadhar, and bank details I fulfilled all details
But this loan app show me to disburse the amount of 3200 with an interest rate of .5 % per day so I fulfilled all details because I need of money but when I show I have to pay within 7 days so I denied to take a loan and uninstall this app but after sometimes they sent automatically 1920 rs amount in my account 2 times and they ask 6400 within 7 days
I did not allow this app to send money into my account but this app sent money into my account without my permission
This app is now not available in play store today
Then after I research on the internet about this loan app and found that this is a fraud loan app
They ask for money even after paying off the loan amount and they use to edit photos with nude photos and send this to family and relatives and contact lists and torcher and harass people
I think they will also do this with me and they may be misuse of my douements
They will use my photo and Aadhar and pan card and edit this in the wrong way to harras me also and will send this thing to my relatives and family and my contact list
Please help me form this fraud loan app
And take strict action against this fraud company in India
