To whom it may concern,

Online loan app is big lobby, harassing peoples, online loan apps intrest is too high, so many peoples are trap in it, its not safe, they are not follow rbi guidence, they are not provide proper documentaion and there hidden charges. So I am complaining against online loan app and demand to take action against them.

I am writing to make a formal complaint against the small credit loan application. I was recently contacted by a customer service representative from the loan application, who was harassing me and demanding that I pay the loan back within 6 days, rather than the 7 days originally agreed upon.

I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured by the customer service executive, and I am disappointed that they are not honoring the original agreement of 7 days. This is a breach of trust, and I feel that the customer service representative was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I am writing to request that the loan period be extended to 7 days and that the customer service representative be reprimanded for their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I also request that the company apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the customer service representative.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the online loan application process. I recently applied for an online loan and found the process to be confusing, intrusive, and overly complex. I am concerned that the online loan application process is not transparent enough and may be leading to unnecessary complications and potential fraud.

The online loan application process requires me to provide a great deal of personal information, including my social security number, bank account information, and other sensitive information. This is far too intrusive and I am concerned that this information could be misused or stolen. Additionally, the application process is not clearly explained, making it difficult to understand the terms and conditions of the loan.

I am requesting that the online loan application process be reviewed and updated to ensure that it is secure and easy to understand. I believe that the process should be more transparent, with clear explanations of the terms and conditions of the loan, and that the amount of personal information that is required should be reduced.
