Today ie. 18th November 2022, i got a call from a fake number that you have taken a loan amount of 3500 from small credit app, which i have never applied for. They started abusing me and started threatening to call my contact numbers and further started sending nude photos and videos, when i refused to do so. They then send me a link, which in unfortunately opened and amount of 1400 was debited from my account, saying it is a rollover amount and i have to again pay 3500 after 7 days. I have complaint to my bank against this transaction but want a serious legal against this company.
