Sir, I have taken a Jio fiber connection on 7 September 2020. Within a week I found that the connection is not performing well. I did gave my feedback at multiple times and no one came to check the problem. The from the end of September I registered my issue and they promised to forward the complaint to look into it. Yet no one responded.
Finally I collected the email addresses from the internet and sent them mail regarding this issue. All I got was a automated mail reply. No one seems to bother about the customer.
I have paid Rs 2500 as deposit. The official negotiation was if the customer was not satisfied with the speed then no questions asked, the entire amount will be settled. Now no one from the company has come in contact with me to settle the amount or rectify the issue. If this is such their response then who in world would decide to stay as their customer?
Please help me receive my deposit from Jio. Thank you

Jiofiber connection not working properly. I mailed several times. Informed their persons for disconnection but nobody is turning.
