I am a user of jio services . My mobile no. is 9340774395 the speed of my internet is very very slow. The download of 20 mb application from play store also takes 15- 20 mins to complete and only 1 or sometimes 2 tower is available in my area.
I complained and called to them many a times but every time they said that u need to update your device but my device is already updated
