I am student we know that due covid 19 pandemic disease our online classes/ lectures is going on. I have recently ported my mobile no. From jio connection to airtel connection but with my a little bit experience the speed of airtel connection is very very poor only 0.1 mbps speed came where i live.

I listen from so many airtel customers is that the airtel internet is good. On time it will defeat jio etc and etc. I live in a posce area of the city( near suvidha kunjpura road karnal or behind vishal mega mart )but no airtel tower is available near me but airtel is available nearly. I have also file a complaint 8n airtel thanks app regarding this but till now no action has been taken. I have called so many times to airtel customer care no. 121 & 198 regarding this issue everytime they said our compalint is in process  will resolve it shortly. I filed my complaint on 28 Nov but no action has been taken till now. So i am humblimg requesting you to solve this matter as soon as possible so that i will be able to take an advantage of internet speed. I can’t able to attend proper online class due to slow speed of internet……
