I have purchased a GOLD plan for 2 years in April 2020 of Jio Fiber. The claimed speed is 200 MBPS and I am getting max 300 KBPS only. Min go till even 50 Kbps as well. I have booked a complaint to jio customer care and after many calls, the engineer came to check the speed. He checked the speed with various apps and said I cannot do anything, I am sending the problem to the backend. Apart from this, he was telling us again and again that maybe your devices are not supporting. I have every device Mobile or laptop everything is of very latest configuration. I went to my friend’s house to check, they have a silver plan and the speed was approximately 80 Mbps.
The customer care provided by Jio is very poor, they do not even care for their PRIME customers.
Kindly help me to resolve this from the company or else I need my whole money back.
