Hi Team,

               I am facing frequent wi fi disconnection and often slow speeds for my jio fiber connection in the name of Merwin Jones Mohandas. 5G band is not all working and 2.4G is having frequent disconnection which is making work from home more worse.
 I am trying to contact customer care through phone,watsapp, myjio app and all the time it says busy only. I recently shifted from other provider hoping that it would improve better in this competitive market but my decision went wrong as service is pathetic due to which my work from home option is difficult to continue.
Please look into this issue on priority and provide permanent resolution.
