The VodaphoneIdea store at Akshar Chowk, near the petrol pump, Vadodara, Gujarat ignores and denies prividing requiered action/sevice stating servers are down and this was carried on continously 3 days from the day I applied for my Jio to VI portability. The employee name is Prashant Varma and their is a lady manager, who are lazy at their work and covers this stating server is the issue. They started my portability process after my anger why it is not still done till a saturday and the next day was sunday which will not help in any way but to get the work approval to Monday. Due to them my work from home schedule got disturbed, unnessary fear of my portability was created as the employee was continuously disconnecting and unresponsive to the work.
VodaphoneIdea should give ethics tranning and also make sure discipline is observed at their outlets.
