I am a resident of Palin, Kra Daadi district, Arunachal Pradesh. (Pin code 791118) The internet connection is so slow in my hometown and has remained so for months now. It’s has been very difficult throughout the course of the pandemic. I would urge the company to seek some redressal to this complaint and take action immediately. Airtel boasts of listening to all the complaints of their customers and seeking to be very efficient in dealing with them in advertisements. Therefore i hope that this complaint also sees the light of day and things really get done.
