Text of Complaint by LAXMIDHAR BISWAL:

Sir, I’m a student from Nisha,Angul,Odisha. My village has only one signal tower of Airtel company. There are many students like me in my village are studying through online study due to covid crisis. I’m disappointed with Airtel ccompany that we face buffering while on online classes, not able to send any kind of documents through whatsapp while uploading and downloading speed is very low. Mainly when our village undergoes powercut for 3-4 hrs that only tower of airtel company gets shutdown. Whole village faces many emergency situation without signal. We can’t make calls , cannot use internet to study or for any work from home deeds. Very sadly our village is very near to JINDAL STEEL AND POWER LMT. COP. still in 21st century my village is facing such issues with your network provider company (Airtel). I request you sir , please take a kind action to this matter. I’ll be obliged.
