I have just activated a new Airtel Sim but it doesn’t even provide me with 4g data speed the speed is way below 100 kbps it’s even worse than a 2g network …I have called customer care million times had chat with their supervisor but the only solution they can provide me is to go to Airtel store and buy duplicate Sim…it’s only been a month since I have activated the Sim ..I can’t even watch YouTube videos in 240p even in 144p it’s keeps buffering…When I first complained about it they asked me 7 days times but that 7 became like a month and now after every thing they ate telling me to buy duplicate Sim..Why do they tell fastest 4g network when they can’t even deliver 4g services may be 100kbps speed is there fastest 4g the people who advertise such fraud things should be taken legal action ..if I had money I would have filed a complained against Airtel and it’s actor who delivers such fraud advertising…
