I am an airtel user, I had purchased an airtel sim as they advertise that they provide the fastest internet speeds BUT this is not true. My internet speeds keep fluctuating tremendously and most of the times it is slow. I have been using airtel network for attending the online classes during the covid pandemic and it has troubled me a lot the video kept freezing, the call kept dropping, the audio was seldom clear, and on top of all that I had a really hard time uploading my projects and assignments. I have tried calling the customer care number but the line is always busy. Now I have to give vivas online and it will affect my marks if there are such network interruptions. I live in Panki, Kanpur
