I have been using jio sim since 2 years and always hoped someday their services will become better but all in vain. While using their network i never felt if i am using 4g network. The internet speeds are bad and network coverage worst. They claimed to provide 4g network network speeds in low prices. But in the name of 4g they aren’t even providing 3g speeds. I am fed up, the customer service doesn’t provide satisfactory solution, they are making customers fool. I no longer want to remain on this shitty network. I want refund of all money that i wasted on this.
