My name is Prince Kumar

And i am using jio sim since 2 years..but this year i moved to another location which is At:- Sapaha, PS-Baijnathpurp Dist-Saharsa(Bihar).
Where i am facing very slow internet speed related issues with jio from starting of this year.
I made more than 100 clls to jio care till now regarding this issue but care replies “Sir our team is working on issue it will be resolve soon” each and every time i got same answer from jio care. Whenever i asked about specific time to resolve this issues they replied ” Sir we don’t have any information of specific time limit to solve the issue but i assure you it will be resolved soon”. After that i started asking about my complaint number regarding this issue and call which i made than again Jio care not provide my complaints number. And they said “we do not provide complaint number but we can give you a interaction number.” and cll get disconnected.
I also connect jio care at Twitter Handle but we fail to to get resolution of my issue.This is the Last step from me is Consumer Court to get resolution and Justice regarding Waste my time, money and disrespect from jio care , Not listing and acting on consumer issue, making fake statement and promise with their customers.I hope i will get justice. ThankYou!
