Sir my name is Prabhu Swamy I’m jio user i am facing a slow internet problem i have jio’s 448 plan in which it gives me 2Gb per day but they are not providing me proper speed of 4G whenever i surf anything it takes hell lot of time and show me speed around 45 to 80Kb (MAX). they are providing me 2G network speed instead of providing me 4G speed . i am continuously to talking with jio team since last month but jio customer care they are making excuse of temporary congestion but not providing resolution and they are registiring complaint and closing it without solving issue .This is fraud they are promising 4G providing 2G.I am living in Bangalore city this is the kind of service jio provide.Please provide justice regarding it.
