I already complained about the slow internet speed in last 1 year many times  but complain was not registered and said by executives that it was traffic conjunction issue in your area and our team is working . So team works from grater then 1 year and it was not solved yet. Many times it was totally jamed like yesterday 2 april. I am trying from 6 pm to 11 pm. And nothing works, not opening sites , speed indicator shows 0 kbps many times. So what was i do. I complained many times to care phone executives but not registering complain. So please solve my issue and give higher authority complain numbers. If problem same for  till 20 april i have to complain in TRAI or leave jio.
