Dear team,
I am getting very slow internet speed and worst network coverage at my location, has escalated the matter with airtel lot of times but everytime they simply close the case saying our network team has done optimisation but no improvement in internet speed at location. In November it was giving 6 Mbps and now after there recent upgradation Speed increase tremendously to 1Mbps. Kudos for providing world’s best speed by Airtel. Their employee Abhishek Agrawal and Manisha Chaudary are ,lying to NCH saying optimisation is done and closing the case, Manish is saying that Outer coverage is good we can’t do much and he is asking to work from outside of home, such unprofessional people are there in Airtel. Please etake legal action against manish and their networking team.
