I’m a user of Airtel. I’m having issue of slow internet speed, I complained regarding this issue to airtel 3 months ago but they are not doing anything. They don’t resolve my issue and close the service request without my satisfaction. Whenever I speak to them regarding this they disconnect my call and don’t respond me on social media too. Because of this issue I’m having a lot of problems while studying online and I’m unable to attend my classes.
Network coverage is not good in my area.
