I’m facing network problem with slow Internet speed,call drop, network fluctuations problem. I had already complaint against slow internet, network fluctuation. we had already registered an appellate complaint ( 198 helpline no, care@jio and 40nos. email to care@jio.com and appellate.mp@jio.com) with reference number SR00001F93BN, SR00001EJGU5, SR00001EYPOR and the same was to be taken up positively within 39 days. 60days over But still the problem is the same. I’m in continuously touch with jio representative on 30 October to till date but no any resolution yet.
