Yesterday, 29 July i have recharged my number with 1.5GM/day and unlimited call for 35 days, but unfortunately till then internet not working properly, despite of many calls to customer care, i am still facing same problem, Airtel has registered the complaint (No. CCPK13DEL20210629894564), with giving assurance to update the status by 7 July 2021.
It means 9 days validity gone out of 35 days. Is this clients mistake for this problem, who will responsible?
Customer care executives (Sonia / Shivani) are not well versed to resolve the customers problems, all are saying wait till 7 July. Should i wait till 7 July?
Very pathetic service from Airtel.
