Text of Complaint by Nawshad Ali Siddique:

Dear sir, I am using 4 SIM and 1 data card under 999 family plans postpaid with 18% GST, I am paying Rs 1179/- pm for this. Inspite of repeated complaint Airtel fails to provide better connectivity for Airtel net causing my wards facing lots of problems in online classes. I have registered No of complaints using Airtel thank app. But message received after 10 to 15 days stating that your complaints has been resolved. This message received without resolution my complaints.

my present address is Qtr No 299/5 Raina Park Near Lalkurti Chowk, Jalandhar Cantt, Punjab- 144005 and my family plans is under mobile No 7093135126.

Please do the needful to resolve the issue for better online classes of my ward due to covid situation in the country as Airtel charging monthly rental without providing better service to the costumer.
