My Plan is 100 mbps, but since the internet has been resumed in Manipur from that day itself I have not received the actual speed or even near by speed. The speed that I used to get is maximum 10 mbps although at night post 11 pm, the speed is good. I have been complaining them about this several times but they will, it will be resolve let me check but neither they resolve the issue nor they call me back to notify about the issue. Its been more then 24 hours that I have raised my complain but there are no response from their end. I spoke to two of their representative, the first one said that for speed related issue, I need to call their office, the person sitting in the office said that there is no problem from their end and after that no one has answered the call. And the person who is answering the call are not able to help me out as it is beyond his control.
The Company is a 3rd party company using Airtel as their Bandwidth.
