hi my self Raj and i am facing a slow internet problem i have jio’s 448 plan in which it gives me 1.5Gb per day but they are not providing me proper speed of 4G whenever i download anything it takes alot of time and show me speed around 1 to 2Mbps (MAX). they are providing me 2G network speed instead of providing me 4G speed . i am trying continuously to talk with jio team since last month but no one in jio office is picking up my phone and whenever i try to chat with them they say sorry you can’t speed due to low optimisation but why when i check my speed in night at 2 to 3 am it shows me speed around 3-4 mbps but when i check my speed in morning its been stucked on avg of 1mbps whole day. please resolve my issue no one in jio office is listening to me i have tried many times to talk with but they didn’t give me any response.
