I’m writing to convey my extreme disappointment with the service I’ve received from your company. I’ve been a faithful client who has been usually pleased with your internet services. Recent events, however, have left me irritated and unhappy.
Several complications have arisen in recent months, making it increasingly impossible for me to continue utilizing your services without annoyance and discomfort. Among these issues are:
Frequent and unexplained service outages, slow internet speeds, poor customer service, and billing errors are all unacceptable. I understand that technical issues might occur, but the number and duration of these issues have become unsustainable. I’m paying for a service that no longer meets my needs, and the lack of reaction is frustrating.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address and rectify these issues.
