Globe is a famous internet services company in the Philippines. But the most prominent issues that we had in the past concerns their slow/incompetent processing of our payment for our internet bill. This led to numerous times that we were disconnected from internet services even though our payment was on time for that specific bill. As a consumer, I understand that even major companies make mistakes and errors but sometimes our disconnection lasts a whole day or even a couple of days before our payment is fully processed and recognized by their system. I hope that they will improve their processes and add people who are actually competent and committed to pay attention to the consumer’s needs.
