Slow Connection
I have this Jiofiber Connection (Order Number for your JioFiber connection is NO0000DYNM5L and your JioFixedVoice number is +915323551091) active with Service ID 300357943824 from May 5 2020
Since installation I have issues with Speed which is poor and there are frequent disconnections of internet.
initially Jio Local Team tried to fix the problem and it was partially corrcted but for last 2 months they do not even pick up my calls
when I contact Jio Cust Care they keep beating around the bush by asking me to do this and do that without satisfactory resolution of the issue.
on 3rd sept a request was generated for service enginer vist with ID NOSR0001257HI but it was closed on 5th Sept without any visit
Jio Fiber is making false promise of High Speed and Good services.
