From few days , I am unable to use internet properly because of poor network speed. Sometimes it works fine till evening but later that ,the speed is poor that a page can’t be reloaded. I have emailed them regarding this issue but the issue is not resolved. Also they have provided chat and call options with bot which doesn’t understand our problem. I want this issue to be resolved faster and I want a proper follow up.
