Hi,
I have 100 mpbps broadband plan and previously I had 40 broadband mbps plan , but I am getting below 10 mpbs speed. It is not only today. I never get proper speed as mentioned in my plan. Even nobody visited to my home to solve this issue and change modem. I complained 4 timed recently. I am attaching snapshot of speed.
