I have taken loan of INR 65000 from Slicepay during Covid-19 situation for my medical emergency and repaid INR 15000 to Slicepay however due to my medical conditions I’m unable to repay the remaining loan amount so I submitted my medical documents to get waiver on the remaining loan amount and also agreed to repay INR 20000 more to get this loan closed not only this I have received email confirmation from Slicepay that they are looking into my case since last one and half months and not providing me any resolution on my waiver request on 23rd July 2022 Slicepay has once again sent their collection agent to my relative house for loan recovery this is the 3rd time the recovery agent has visited my relative house and threaten them for loan recovery further the agent was using abusive language while talking to my relative and was showing her photo to her neighbour to investigate about her like a CBI who has given the rights to such collection agent to investigate about my relative?? The agent was also threatening my relative stating that he will not go back and stay outside the house for whole day my relative got small childrens and they got scared to go out this is the way the Slicepay collection agent are harassing a medical patient and her family members since last 4months I simply don’t understand when my case is under discussion than how they can send their collection agent to my relative house?? I am going through a trauma because of this harassment and want to file a complaint against Slicepay for all the harassment done by them so far to me and my family members please help me out to get waiver on my remaining loan amount or atleast help me to get this harassment stopped.

I have taken amount of 20000 from Slice pay in last year and i was paying the amount timely basis, due to some reason I was unable to pay the amount and will start paying by next month…theorem recovery agents are started calling to my relatives and harrassing to them… someone from the slicepay agent continuously calling from different numbers and abusing to them….. request you please see them and ask them to stop calling my contact no is 8800477820, they can call me if they have any related issue….ask them to stop harassing them.
