I had made a transaction when slice’s credit card was active to book some tickets but i had to cancel the tickets and the amount was supposed to be credited to slice’s new mini account which it was and i was given an option to withdraw which i did on 12th jan 23 but when i checked it on 21st 22nd jan it was still in process the amount was deducted from slice mini account but was not credited to my account and was in process so i started nagging the company about it . They made the transaction appear successful on the slice app on 25th jan but the amount was still not credited to my account. And it is 29th jan as of today, i have done everything on my part and yet they ask me to stay put and wait. And let me add one more thing, on the 12th jan i also made a withdrawal of 5rs which is still the process. ( My first withdrawal was of 1200 rs)
