Text of Complaint by Ajit Kumar:

I have added money in slice mini from Paytm payment bank. Bank says successful transaction. But slice mini costomer saying that transaction was failed and they are not giving me refund reference no. My bank has gone with arbitration request, but merchant Bank denied that transaction was successful. But merchant denies to refund my money.
