I took a credit card from slice with 90000 limit and used 80000 of them and paid them back too. But slice agents are calling me from last 2 months and asking me to pay 20000 which I never used. They blocked my account 3 months back. How can I use 20000 from a blocked account? I have tried to convey the same to their collection agents they are not listening. Tried calling their customer service, no one is responding. They are harassing me with abusive words calling to my phone number continuously. Now they have assigned a field agent, who is talking abusive words. This is completely unacceptable. Why would I pay the money which I never used? I request you to look into my problem.
