This started last month. It was an usual transaction with slice App as my early repayment before end of month.
I don’t know how things happened and maybe due to their app update, I processed transaction from my end, and even slice app received payment but just after very next the app started misbehaving and the transaction amount now shows that they have not received any payment. Since, then I have reported lots and lots of complaint regarding this but every time they just consolidate me with their pre typed apologize messages. Now it’s again repayment time and this app is still asking me for the same amount.
And one thing very surprisingly happened they even increased my credit limit by 1k without any pre information or any type of congratulation mail.. My total credit limit was ₹10k/- and they are now blaming it as ₹11k.
I don’t know what further steps should I take to deal with. From my end all dues are paid duly before time. I have attached screenshots as well kindly Help me !!
