Text of Complaint by Cinderella Doris Massey:

Paid the EMI on time. App still showing to pay. Several call and email with customer care, but no response or resolution. They have put the card on hold and charging interest per day. My cibil score is effected without my fault. Bank people also confirmed that slice account received the amount. its a straight extortion by slice. having received the amount, still showing pending so that extort interest from customer. enclosing transaction details for reference,. please help. my mail id pa@dugargroup.net.
